Evan King, Vice President of Business Solutions, has more than five years of experience, three of which have been with COPE Health Solutions. With a background in health care consulting, Mr. King brings a diverse skill set of project management, strategic planning and operations consulting experience.
Mr. King developed COPE Health Solutions’ Business Solutions services over the past two years, which strengthened the company’s business development, data management and information systems services. With the resources of this division, Mr. King implemented a company-wide Quality Assurance committee and initiated a branding and marketing campaign that has supported ongoing business development. As division lead, Mr. King has helped guide the development of key business relationships within California, with a particular focus on the development of sustainable solutions for the safety net.
Mr. King recently completed a three year strategic plan for Alameda County Medical Center’s Department of Ambulatory Care, which supported the critical expansion of services and identification of revenue generating opportunities. The Business Solutions service line has extended its expertise to include health care policy, health information systems implementation and regional health care delivery planning.
Mr. King is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received his Master’s degree in Latin American Studies and Public Health, in the department of Health Services.
