Martin Kleinbart, DPM, MBA

Senior Consultant

Dr. Martin Kleinbart has over 20 years experience in healthcare as a provider, hospital executive and consultant. His expertise is assisting hospitals and other providers on identifying and executing on growth opportunities, as well as advanced business analysis. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of healthcare enables him to partner with physicians and hospital leaders to build innovative solutions to complex problems.

He is currently a Senior Consultant for COPE Health Solutions and the Vice President of Business Development at Citrus Valley Health Partners in Covina. In this role, he partners with other system executives on organization transformation through strategic planning, physician development and service line planning.

Martin has extensive experience in a variety of leadership roles at leading hospital organizations. These include a senior planning and business development executive role at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach. There he led organizational initiatives for physician partnership and development, including building joint ventures, leading direct to physician sales efforts, developing service lines, and identifying new business opportunities. He also recruited a significant number of specialty and primary care physicians, leading to more than $10 million in annual revenue. At Hoag, he also led the clinical decision support department, managing a group of analysts and chairing performance improvement teams that drove significant clinical change in a variety of disciplines.

Dr. Kleinbart is also active in volunteer activities. He is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development’s annual conference planning task force. In addition, he is a board member of the Alzheimer’s Family Services Center in Huntington Beach. He lives in Rancho Santa Margarita with his family.
