Dr. Halbert is a board-certified specialist in preventive medicine, and is an Adjunct Professor at the UCLA School of Public Health. He brings close to 20 years of health care consulting experience. He is an expert in integrating population and disease based outcomes with product marketing strategies. He has worked extensively in the areas of managed care, pre-launch market development, clinical opinion leader management, and medical-marketing strategy development.
Dr. Halbert has over 50 peer-reviewed articles in prominent journals, including: Lancet, Cancer, Chest, American Journal of Kidney Diseases, Annals of Emergency Medicine, European Respiratory Journal, Archives of Dermatology, American Journal of Public Health, Journal of Pediatric Surgery, American Journal of Preventive Medicine, Diabetes Care, Clinical Transplantation, and the Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation.
