Dr. Molodow obtained her law degree from the University of Southern California and her medical degree from the University of California at San Diego. She completed her pediatric training at the UCLA School of Medicine, where she also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Molodow has been a member of the UCLA faculty and has acted as Associate Program Director for the UCLA Tricampus Pediatric Residency Program since 1994. She is an attending physician at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center, one of Los Angeles County Department of Health's hospitals, and is a past President of the Professional Staff Association of that facility. She serves as Olive View's Director of Graduate Medical Education and is Medical Director of the hospital's Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect Clinic and its "Hub" Clinic, which provides medical assessments to children placed in Los Angeles County's foster care system. She has been a member of COPE's Board of Directors since 2000.
