Director, Clinical Training (Part-time)

The Director of Clinical Training will work with the Director of Marketing and External Affairs and the Regional Directors of Health Care Talent Innovations to assist with recruiting, hiring, training, retaining, supervising and ongoing professional development of Clinical Trainers. The Director of Clinical Training is responsible for developing and updating the training curriculum for the Clinical Care Extender Internship. The Director of Clinical Training will also be responsible for the coordinating schedules of the Clinical Trainers to present at various sites participating in the Clinical Care Extender Internship – Health Care Talent Pipeline.
