Interview Process

COPE Health Solutions' interview process will explore your past accomplishments to determine if the skills and experience you possess would position you for a successful career at COPE Health Solutions. It is recommended that candidates come prepared to discuss their past work experiences in great detail, including specific instances they have been challenged.

COPE Health Solutions utilizes a rigorous interview process to identify best-fit candidates for our open positions. We are eager to identify great talent to join our team and we want all team members to succeed.

Interview Objectives:

  • To explore your personal integrity and ambitions

  • To learn about your professional and personal career goals

  • To ascertain your level of knowledge and interest in health care and COPE Health Solutions

  • To better understand the skills and assets that you will be able to contribute to COPE Health Solutions

  • To provide you with an opportunity to learn more about COPE Health Solutions

 

Interview Process:

  1. Review the current position openings on the COPE Health Solutions website
     
  2. Apply for the position that best fits your interests and skills
     
  3. Qualified candidates will be contacted to complete a phone interview
     
  4. Qualified candidates identified through the phone interview will be invited to the corporate office to complete a minimum of four in-person interviews

  5. Qualified candidates identified through the in-person interviews will be invited to complete a shadow day with a COPE Health Solutions team member. The shadowing process provides candidates with a snapshot of a day in the life of a COPE Health Solutions team member and allows candidates to get a glimpse of our unique company culture
