Manager, Health Care Talent Innovations

The Manager of Health Care Talent Innovations develops, implements and manages a Health Care Talent Pipeline for one or more of our client health care employers, in addition to other contractual health workforce services and other duties as assigned at a particular client site or across multiple sites. The manager is responsible for coordinating with client executives, managers, staff and medical staff leadership to ensure that the COPE Health Solutions services meet the client’s current and future projected health workforce and patient care needs.
