- Manager, Health Workforce Transformation

- The Manager of Health Workforce Programs manages all contracted Health Workforce programs at the client site, interface and coordinate closely with hospital management, administration, key staff and physician leadership, joining committees, engaging in projects and participating in/facilitating strategic planning efforts, particularly related to health workforce development, when possible and appropriate.
- Intern, Health Workforce Transformation

- The Intern, Health Systems Integration is responsible for supporting the two Medical Directors in both Los Angeles and Kern Counties in oversight and management of the daily operations of two integrated health care delivery networks, including the Camino de Salud (“Healthy Road”) Network and the Kern Medical Center Health Plan.
- Intern, Care Management

The intern will also learn about The Care Management program data management tools and research patient documentation to identify program challenges with patient retention.
