  • Help hospitals grow their workforce locally by improving recruitment, education, and retention techniques.  Assist client hospitals to recruit local high school students into hospital internships, create and manage college internships and educational support, and ensure a smooth transition of new nursing students to the nursing floor

  • The Director of Education is a new position with the Health Workforce Transformation Division. This individual is responsible for creating and managing education programs, both clinical and non clinical for health care facilities that have contracted with COPE Health Solutions. Additionally, the Director of Education will share responsibility for creating educational programs for the staff of COPE Health Solutions.

Health Systems Integration:

• Director of Operations, Health Systems Integration (PDF)
  
  • The Director of Operations, Health Systems Integration, Los Angeles Region, will oversee all operational functions of the Network, including Patient Access, Information Technology, Diagnostic Services, Quality Improvement, Contracting and Claims Processing. The Director will provide management, direct supervision, and overall leadership for the Project Managers, Graduate Interns, and other staff as assigned.
• Project Manager, Health Systems Integration - Kern County (PDF)
  
  • The Project Manager is responsible for undertaking one or more defined projects within the HSI Division, such as the data analysis and planning for a new Healthy Road Network; patient flow and systems analysis with recommendations for a new Healthy Road Network or in order to expand a current Network; Initiation or ongoing management of one or more components of a Network Specialty Access Project; and similar projects as assigned by a Director of HSI, the VP of HSI or the CEO.
• Project Coordinator, Health Systems Integration - Kern County (PDF)
  
  • The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director and Project Manager in oversight and management of the daily operations within the Health Systems Integration Division. The Project Manager Work will work closely with the HSI team to accomplish the goals, objectives and strategic plan for the Network established in coordination with the Network Advisory Board.
• Community Health Specialist, LA County Department of Health Services Network (PDF)
  
  • Responsible for oversight and management of the patients enrolled in the LA County Department of Health Services Network at their assigned primary care home. Care Managers will be expected to interface with patients on a weekly and sometimes daily basis.
• Intern, Health Systems Integration - Kern County (PDF)
  
  • Interns will have the unique opportunity to experience and directly impact the delivery of the health care through the Health Systems Integration by developing, implementing and managing innovative service models.
