Requirements for Red Shirt Internship

Red Shirt Intern Requirements:

  • Individuals must be 16 to 18 years of age
  • Currently enrolled in high school
  • Complete Pre-Training Paperwork
  • Attend the Immunization Open House and submit required immunization/ test records
  • Attend mandatory 2-day training
  • Pass post-training exam

Red Shirt Intern Schedule Requirements:

  • Serve a minimum of one, four-hour shift each week for a minimum of six months (most shifts are from 7am-7pm)
  • Accumulate a total of 72 hours of internship hours
