Integrated Delivery Network Management

COPE Health Solutions’ Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Management model is a regional, systems-based solution that coordinates services and information sharing across the entire health care system.

The model’s success stems from its ability to pair and leverage local resources with proven, evidence-based solutions across a coordinated system of public and private providers. The underlying objective of IDN Management is to ensure access to the right care, at the right place, at the right time.

Services include:

• Formation of public-private partnerships
• Joint strategic planning
• Sharing and coordination of resources among health care providers
• Adoption of health information technology

Within IDN Management, COPE Health Solutions assumes the role of Network Manager and undertakes the responsibility of bringing together and managing the resources and expertise necessary to implement the operational components of the model.
